Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by NIMA Aromatherapy, and according to any and all specifications and directions of manufacturer.
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All charges are in US currency and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: Shipping and processing times may vary. In most circumstances we will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or issues arising after the package has been delivered.
Returns and Refunds
Returns: In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The amount of days for your refund to be posted will vary based on your banker. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
